Our webshop in general
The products in this webshop are sold by Telia Finland Oyj (Business ID 1475607-9). We sell products to corporate customers in Finland and the EU. Product prices include VAT (please note VAT 0% or 24% on settings). We reserve the right to change prices and shipping costs.
 
Ordering products
Products are ordered via the Internet at https://inmics.webmercs.com/?q=l:en An order will be confirmed after customer receives a confirmation message which includes the sum of the order, shipping costs and the products ordered. To receive an order confirmation, you must provide a valid email address when ordering. Customer agrees to the terms and conditions applicable to each order. You can check the contents of the order by accessing your user account on our site.

Payment methods
We charge corporate customers in accordance with the agreed payment terms.

Delivery time
We ship products every weekday. Products in stock will be shipped to the customer within 1-3 business days of ordering. Information about possible delays in delivery times will be published on the front page of the webshop.

Delivery and shipping costs
Shipping costs include postage and packaging. You can see the shipping costs after selecting the payment and shipping methods in the shopping cart. We deliver orders as a parcel and as a maxi letter, but only the parcel can be tracked by a shipment ID.

If shipping is wanted as a "Fragile" parcel, the fragile supplementary service charge will be added to the shipping cost as a separate charge based on current postal rates. For more information on postal parcel options, fees and shipping methods, go to https://www.posti.fi/en Please note: For shipping abroad, shipping costs are higher than for domestic deliveries.

Problems with transportation and defective products
If the product is defected or has been lost during transport, or the wrong product has been delivered to the customer, the customer must immediately report the situation to tilauskeskus@inmicsnebula.fi. Notification of defective delivery or defective product must be made within 14 days of receiving the product. If the package has been damaged during the transportation, the customer must report it to Posti immediately after receiving the package at https://www.posti.fi/en/customer-support/receiving/damaged-shipment

The products do not have a full return right. We must individually consider if we can accept a returned product and in these cases, we may have to charge a processing fee. The order cannot be canceled by the customer after we have acquired the products included in the order.
