Due to the current market situation and fluctuations in device pricing, we are no longer able to renew bids automatically in the same way as before.
Going forward, bids will be requested and granted based on need, and will primarily apply to individual, pre-agreed orders. The aim is to ensure up-to-date and sustainable pricing, as well as a smooth ordering process for all customers.
Price Reservations
Device prices are based on the prices valid at any given time from the device manufacturers. The manufacturers reserve the right to change prices up until the delivery date. For this reason, the supplier likewise reserves the right to adjust prices prior to delivery to the end customer.
Existing valid bids will not be terminated and will remain available until the end of their validity period.

Shipping costs increased on 1 July 2025
Telia increased the standard shipping cost from € 8.90 to € 9.90 on 1 July 2025. The price increase was due to increased production costs of services and infrastructure. The change is based on the general terms and conditions for B2B customers.
