The blend is made from 30% robusta beans from Tanzania where the qualities of the robusta increase and are refined in the mouth. This gives a lot of flavor with earthy tones that are refreshed by 70% tall Arabica beans from Honduras, Colombia and Indonesia with acidic and floral tones. The espresso is stable to work with and is therefore suitable for both professionals and home baristas. It gives you a real boost as pure espresso and the milk a proper match for the main role in the cappuccino or latte. Shades of dark chocolate and a finely balanced acidity make it a perfect match with a brandy.
