Without being restricted by the 100m (328ft.) limit for Ethernet cables, Axis network products can be installed at greater distances. Simply connect AXIS Long range PoE Extender kit in-line with the CAT5e or CAT6 cable and power and data are forwarded to your Axis network devices. AXIS Long range PoE Extender kit supports both IEEE 802.3af and IEEE 802.3at compliant devices. With its rugged design, AXIS Long range PoE Extender kit withstands harsh environmental conditions and challenging temperatures.

Going the distance

By using a single AXIS Long range PoE Extender kit, a connection can be achieved between 200-1000 meters (656-3280 ft.). The product automatically configures for link speed, duplex and crossover.
